He is an expert in theNorth Bay Village area and also specializes in the areas of Miami Beach, the Biscayne Blvd. corridor, Downtown Miami, Aventura and Hallandale. Cristian moved to Miami, Florida from Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2001 as a young adult in search of a better future. Always having an interest in the real estate industry, he partnered with a friend in 2010 and co-founded Obelisk Group, which started out as a property inspection company servicing Miami-Dade homes. After two years he decided that business was not for him and went into another area of business which he has always had an affinity for with automobiles. He formed a concierge company servicing the needs of his out of town clientele needing care for their vehicles. His concierge lever services included airport pick up, auto care and ensuring that all vehicle documentation was current among other things. However, he always missed dealing with properties and his real love, real estate. Always a salesman and having a knack for business, Cristian’s next step was to get his real estate license which he achieved in early 2014. He is a Realtor with membership in the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Cristian enjoys watching soccer, has a keen interest in cars, and loves traveling.
