Mario started his career in real estate in 2004 in Miami, FL working with firms such as Douglas Elliman and Engel & Völkers where he was a top producing agent. In 2015 he decided to start his own firm and Ojeda Lazar Real Estate was born. Over the next ten years Mario and his team sold over $100 million of real estate putting his total career sales over $175 million. His clients know him for his attention to detail, deep knowledge of the market, keen eye for design, honesty, and integrity. After 21 years in the Miami market, Mario moved to Denver, CO with his family bringing his expertise to the Centennial State. He is licensed in both Colorado and Florida and still maintains his firm Ojeda Lazar Real Estate in Miami. With so many Floridians making the move to Colorado, Mario’s ties to Miami and the Sunshine State give his Denver seller clients exposure to thousands of additional potential buyers and agents.
In his free time Mario loves being outdoors with his wife and two children. He loves hiking, mountain biking, the beach and playing tennis.
Mario attended Hawaii Pacific University and Miami Dade College for his undergraduate studies where he studied Marketing/Business. He also earned a certificate from MIT in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment. Mario is fluent in English and Spanish.
